I hope that this works okay welcome back to school everyone Welcome to our first, just a reminder zarc alh expectations right around campus kuleana means to be responsible and one of the Seas acronyms but I don't like it when you take my things without asking please ask first night so we use our words that shows responsibility laulima being cooperative so even though we don't have to wear masks we eat we are still trying to keep our distance okay let's just a safe thing to do we are going to work together and cover our costs and sneezes with a tissue or an elbow and also when you come to school students please report to your class before school starts when I'm walking around campus movies that just like last year right so if you come to school to eat breakfast you can come at 7:10 because breakfast starts at 7:15 but if you're not eating breakfast at school you shouldn't come until 7:30 and the reason is 7:30 is when most of our helpers are on duty and then could they can help supervise the outside on the spaces outside some teachers are allowing you to stand dolphin middle dolphin just like we do in the lunch line right so three feet apart but you are going to remain by your classrooms okay please don't be walking around campus holy he being respectful so just remember everyone okay students and staff one kind word can change someone's entire day so we love it when are going to be using kind words with students right so that's the kind of Campus we want to create Bowie he being respectful all right so I'm not going to be talking to each class individually on recess petitions and cap expectations I'm going to do it today a video that I created several years ago for the cafeteria is a little bit different because we're not requiring masks anymore but you can still show it to your students if you want to but I'll also talk about it today Teresa's affectations Footwear all the time they don't leave class without your supposed to Lipizzan Footwear is required on the basket but it can be slippers or shoes if you're playing on the grass remember to look on the grass first before you take off your slippers are running Barefoot at your own risk right so sometimes there are bees or thing so you just have to be mindful look around first if your pee with a ball with the ball away from the structure and away from the trees already we had a ball stuck and the pole that we have does not reach some of its branches now so we're just going to have to wait till the ball falls out so please just remember don't kick the ball you're going to stay within your own bubble play with your own classmates for the bathroom you are going to be using your appropriate bathrooms even during recess so upper grade fourth through sixth graders have to go all the way the ceiling bathroom a kid the third graders are allowed to go to the island bathroom okay please go to your appropriate bathroom Anthony little ones okay so she can a gardener this is not your backyard behind the tree voice so please go to the bathrooms every years something like that happen so please use the bathroom correctly and again the same rules as before know tackle football no beginning with a ball keep the rocks and beans Browns safety first okay and trash in the trash can so if any adult remembers please help us out route we are supposed to bring the trash can from the faculty Lounge I leave a red outside the door so students can put their trash so I keep forgetting we don't have a welcome station over there anymore so if any adult is passing that way in the morning please help out and we'll bring the trash can out for students second through sixth grade play structure so whenever your class. sixth grade goes by the monkey bars and we rotate every week they just remember walking on the rubberized surface No Tag no running use your hands on the bars were not hanging upside down by your knees whenever was on the bars with no body contact with anybody else which means nobody's trying to hang on you or push you pay Safety First you're going to look before you walk by the monkey bars some students run right under somebody swinging and you're going to get kicked in the head and that's really thin so you have to walk and you have to be mindful of where you're walking behind the line and there's no sitting on top of the structures on top of the red bars okay expectations for these monkey bars keep the ball games off the structure so if you're in that area please stay on the grass with the ball no body contact again when body when people are swinging her hanging climbing. eat the climbing Nets on the side is not to swing people off cuz you're so you're not trying to shake people off and if you're eating snack please don't eat it on the structure or on the mat we want to keep crumbs on the grass and the reason is we don't want chicken coming on top of rubberized surface I'm pooping all over okay so keep your crumbs on the glass okay that's like Kate a sixth-grade can play on the slide so when it's your turn over here again walking on the rubberized what is no tag we've had students long time ago not following the rules they were playing tag they ran into each other right around here fell down and the student still broke their arm so this memorize surface will not prevent those kinds of injuries if you're not using it correctly so please walk on the rubberized surface ball games are off of the structure slide down one at a time we're not climbing up the slide they ever not 22 training down with a a bunch of students because the person at the front always end up getting kicked the one at a time down the slide if nobody is slide is sliding down this pole you're going to look at first nobody sliding down you can try to climb up but the right of way is to slide down the keyboard under here students please use your fingers on it don't use your feet I've seen kids kicking it with their feet and that's how the keys get loose and broken so we don't I do that we want to take care of our structure so please use your fingers and there's a nice counter over here for kids to play pretend please don't sit on it or stand on it or climb on it it's already shaky and it's supposed to be a comforter the pretend play like you're ordering something it's not a chair not a climbing tool we want to take care of our structure so that it doesn't break okay again walking no eating on the rubberized surface or straw you're going to eat on the grass you're going to stay inside the railings here are not going to sit on top or climb outside the railing is to keep us inside and this one area here remember when I try to squeeze your body under the Seas Brown stairs the bottom left over here circling yellow because it's really small we can't see you we need to see you at all time and you're going to end up hitting your head so please don't climb under there already cafeteria expectations you guys are Eddie went through the cafeteria lines I even saw some classes walking through thanks mrs. Smith I saw your class walking through on the first day practicing the lunch routine so standing three feet apart I tried to the curse of you hear people saying dolphin middle dolphin you can't stand three feet apart in line okay but we are still distancing if you notice there are fruit bye Auntie Elsa's window that is for you to take it's off of her sister but please take the fruit or vegetable only if you're going to eat it they don't just grab it just because it's there you going to put your milk on your tray first take your tray and that's all the milk left. first name and last name really nice and Loud cuz remember there's a glass plate over there it's hard to hear the reason we're putting our milk directly on our trade first is it because it's coming from us and ice tray and we don't want ice water dripping all over the floor making it are you going to put your milk first pick up your tray tell Auntie I'll say your first and last name and then walk we're going to fill the South Stables first or if you're eating outside you're going to feel that side first eating your own food the supervisors we might remember please EA the supervisors are responsible for wiping their own area or if you want to have a student in your class duet teachers can create a cafeteria table wiper you know job role you can do that too but we can't guarantee that an extra. It's going to be wiping all the tables so please get that as your part of your routine and please remember to bring outside yesterday the pizza rapper or your napkins lunch time so you're not going to bring your snacks to the cafeteria Tony exception is if the snack is part of your home loan hey but you're going to eat your own fool you're not sharing that I was trying to eat and iced tea with good table manners just the lining up part if your class is sitting outside Under the Tent remember your line is on the outside of the calf trace and then you're going to use this left side of the trash goes in the trash can extra food or extra milk goes in the slot and you're going to stack your trays nicely up your matching those rectangles remember don't squeeze your carton if you didn't drink your milk you're going to open it and Kaley had mail splashing all over so we don't want to make a mess it's going to get slippery so please open your Carson and and some pasta milk and walk and pay attention we've seen kids kind of running and rushing here and kids have fallen and slipped and bumped into people so remember we're going to walk and pay attention to your surroundings even when you're walking outside to eat they just put to try to even out the grass and the the sidewalk but you want to watch where you're walking all right so if you have any questions let your teacher know and they can email me or the if you see me at lunch you can ask me if I didn't cover some today I'm always around recess or lunch time okay so we're going to try the alma mater que es alma mater we will love Baby Kaely. 123 Yale alright thank you for joining us at 5, everyone have a happy Aloha Friday I will stop the recording
